We appreciate your service to your school community and trusting the new database process!
Even though all units didn’t meet the minimum collective threshold to unlock fee rebates, MemberHub wants to say thanks to our state for meeting our goal. All units in our state get one free year of the Members Only Directory a $199 value to your unit for utilizing the database!
The Members Only Directory helps PTAs give non-members a powerful new incentive to join the PTA. With this feature, the PTA can change its settings to allow only current-year PTA members to access the school directory. When non-members try to access the directory, they’re prompted to join the PTA. One click takes them to the e-store, where they can buy a membership!
If units choose not to use the Members Only Directory, that’s fine! You can always change your settings to use it. Nothing changes about your account.
All admins will receive an email next week when this feature is available in your account.
If any unit has already purchased an upgrade plan that includes the Members Only Directory, you’ll be directed to support to get a custom discount on their renewal for next year.
